WOO X Users Report Crypto Withdrawals Stuck for Up to Three…

What Are WOO X Users Reporting?

Multiple WOO X customers are reporting cryptocurrency withdrawals stuck in “pending,” “processing” or “submitted” status, with some users saying transactions have remained incomplete for as long as three days.

The complaints appeared across X over the past several days and were amplified Sunday by blockchain investigator ZachXBT, who said several verified WOO X users had contacted him about delayed withdrawals.

One customer said they had been Level 2 verified on WOO X for five years but had been waiting three days for a withdrawal to complete. Another said a transfer to a self-custody wallet remained in “submitted” status for more than six hours.

Other users described similar delays, while one customer said repeated attempts to withdraw USDC over several days had been canceled rather than completed.

The individual allegations have not been independently verified, and the complaints do not establish that WOO X has suspended withdrawals across the platform. It is also unclear how many customers are affected, which assets or blockchain networks are involved, or how much money is currently awaiting processing.

No public notice explaining a wider withdrawal issue was visible on WOO X’s news page or its support section for deposit and withdrawal interruptions at the time of writing. The support section contains notices for previous network-specific disruptions involving assets and chains including Filecoin, Polygon, BSC, Base and Optimism.

Why Are The Withdrawal Complaints Drawing Extra Attention?

The reports are attracting more scrutiny because WOO X changed operators last year and has a documented connection to BitMart founder Sheldon Xia, whose own exchange is now going through a wind-down and potential restructuring.

In October 2025, WOO announced that Web3 private-equity firm FusionX Digital would acquire WOO X and become the centralized exchange’s new operator.

WOO said customer accounts, assets, trading and support would continue without interruption during a transition expected to take place gradually over six months.

The announcement also named Xia as a member of WOO X’s newly established Global Strategy Committee. He was expected to advise on international expansion, regulatory matters and the exchange’s trading experience.

That appointment provides a direct public link between the BitMart founder and WOO X following the change in operator. It does not, however, establish that Xia owns or controls FusionX Digital, nor does it show that WOO X customer assets are financially connected to BitMart.

Investor Takeaway

The immediate issue is operational rather than proven financial distress: users are reporting delayed withdrawals, but there is no public evidence that WOO X has suspended withdrawals generally or that the delays are tied to BitMart’s restructuring. The absence of a public explanation will keep attention on how quickly the exchange clears the pending transactions.

What Is Happening At BitMart?

BitMart announced on July 26 that it would begin an orderly cessation of operations, initially suspending new registrations, deposits and new trading activity before stopping trading services on Aug. 26.

The exchange originally planned to terminate platform operations on Jan. 31, 2027, while keeping withdrawals available during the wind-down period.

That plan changed in August. BitMart said on Aug. 21 that it was considering a restructuring proposal as an alternative to a full closure.

The potential plan could involve restarting parts of the business in phases while making distributions to creditors, subject to legal, financial, regulatory and operational reviews. BitMart appointed White & Case as restructuring counsel and said it expected to provide another update by Sept. 9.

At the same time, BitMart users have continued posting complaints on social media alleging difficulty accessing funds. ZachXBT said millions of dollars belonging to customers remain stuck, although the total value and individual claims have not been independently confirmed.

Is There Evidence WOO X And BitMart Problems Are Connected?

There is currently no public evidence showing that WOO X’s reported withdrawal delays are financially linked to BitMart’s restructuring or that WOO X is facing a solvency problem.

The connection between the companies is limited to publicly disclosed governance and personnel links surrounding the FusionX transaction, including Xia’s appointment to WOO X’s strategy committee.

That distinction matters because delayed withdrawals can result from a range of causes, including compliance reviews, blockchain congestion, wallet maintenance, liquidity management or internal operational issues.

Without an explanation from WOO X, users are left to judge the situation mainly through individual reports and transaction delays.

The clearest development for now is that several customers are publicly reporting unusually long withdrawal times while WOO X has not issued a general notice explaining whether the cases reflect isolated account checks, a technical problem or a wider processing issue.

For traders and counterparties, the next important test will be whether the pending withdrawals begin clearing and whether WOO X provides a public explanation before the complaints expand further.
